Story….Jai Mummy Di is a light-hearted family comedy that portrays the trials and tribulations a couple has to undergo due to the dynamics between their respective mothers.

Puneet and Saanjh are in love while studying in the college. On the day of farewell they meet each other with their respective mothers Laali and Pinky, it’s then they come to know that their mothers have a love cum hate relationship. So Puneet and Saanjh decide to know why their mothers are behaving like that, but that backfires as both their mothers advice them to break up by emotionally blackmailing them.

Puneet and Saanjh breakup with each other just for to show their mothers, but are dating at their back and they make a plan to get to know the real reason behind their mother’s rivalry. So they go to the college in which their mothers studied and get to know the whole story.
